Grant A Zawalsky

Grant's practice involves advising clients on public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and takeover bids, corporate governance, shareholder activism and stock exchange listing matters and regulatory compliance.  Grant recently acted for the Special Committee of Shaw Communications Inc. in their proposed merger with Rogers Communications Inc. and lead counsel to ARC Resources Ltd. in connection with its merger with Seven Generations Energy Ltd.

Grant is the Director of a number of public and private issuers including NuVista Energy Ltd., PrairieSky Royalty Ltd., Spur Petroleum Ltd., and Whitecap Resources Inc. He also serves as the Corporate Secretary of ARC Resources Ltd.
