Julie Girard

A partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, Julie brings significant trial and appellate experience to clients’ complex litigation matters. Recognized for strong advocacy skills and business-oriented approach, Julie advises a wide range of clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on contractual disputes and class action defence. Julie speaks regularly on advocacy as well as on various topics related to her practice and sits on the Québec Advisory Committee of The Advocates’ Society. She is also the Ombudswoman of the Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ). Julie is a member of our Talent Management, Professional Development and Workplace Harassment Prevention committees, and our Diversity & Inclusion Council.
