Julia Power

Julia Power is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Commercial Property Practice. She specialises in commercial property and property finance. Julia advises on various legal aspects of commercial property, property development, property finance and conveyancing matters. Her experience extends to general corporate and commercial matters, including the drafting of development, acquisition, sale and facilities agreements, security documents, commercial leases, notarial deeds, as well as due diligence reports. She has BCom and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town and has been admitted as a Conveyancer.
