He has more than 20 years of experience and a solid professional track record in the field of M&A, corporate and commercial law, private equity and PPP on domestic and international transactions. Throughout his career, Juan has not only worked for tier 1 Spanish law firms but also for multinational infrastructure companies representing them throughout Europe, United States, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
He holds the position of Secretary Non-Director and is a regular legal advisor to the Board of Directors in Spain of national and international groups in infrastructure, energy, start-ups, healthcare, food and beverage, technology, sports and entertainment companies.
Juan is a recurrent Professor of Corporate and M&A matters in renowned masters´ degrees of universities and business schools such as IE Business School and Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, among others.
