Teodoro de Agustín founded Argali, Abogados following his time at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and Dutilh Abogados as a partner specialized in M&A and Private Equity.

Teodoro has led numerous M&A and Private Equity mid-market transactions in Spain and abroad.

He is a specialist in the analysis, design and planning of the regulatory aspects of operations processes, both in Spain and internationally.

He has extensive experience in regulated sectors, mainly insurance, energy and water. He advises PE Funds, prominent family offices and mid-cap companies on all their related needs in those areas. He acts on behalf of most middle market private equity advisors and investment banks, including Arcano, Alantra, Banca March, Socios Financieros, and Houlihan Lokey in their venture investments. In addition, he acts on behalf of large international corporates such as Repsol.

Clients highlight Teodoro's negotiation skills, his understanding of the most sensitive controversial points, and creativity in seeking alternative agreements that adapt to the needs of the parties. They also highlight his commitment, full availability and responsiveness, and the trust he generates.

He also has extensive experience in corporate advisory services, having served as Secretary of the Board of directors of numerous companies, mostly in regulated sectors.
