Francisco, partner in the Planning department, is focused on urban planning, real estate, environmental, public law practice and litigation. He advises in a wide range of matters: real estate transactions, urban developments, acquisition of public assets, drafting and negotiating agreements to acquire plots to carry out residential, commercial, office and logistics projects, due diligence, sanctioning proceedings, etc. Likewise, he leads the acquisition of listed buildings (edificios protegidos) to carry out hotel developments or residential uses.

It should be highlighted his experience in developing legal reports about environmental subjects, the development and financing of renewable energy projects and industrial projects on land non suitable for development, his advice on management of contaminated plots, urban developments and compensation boards, including the sale of plots reserved to finance the urbanization costs.

He joined the firm as a partner in 2011 after having practised at Uría Menéndez in its Real Estate department.
