Francisco has almost 10 years of experience advising on all matters related to corporate and real estate law, including due diligence reports, sale and purchase of companies and real estate assets (residential, offices, shopping centres, hotels), sale and leasebacks, lease agreements, mergers, commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, company incorporation, as well as the management of ordinary corporate matters.
He holds a Law Degree from the University of Castilla La Mancha and a Master's Degree in Legal Practice specialising in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Francisco is also professor of Civil Law at the University of Castilla La Mancha
In 2024, Francisco has been ranked as Associate to watch in Real Estate by Chambers Europe. In addition, he has been awarded in the last edition of the Forty under 40 awards granted by The Iberian Lawyer, as the best lawyer, under forty years old, in Real Estate in Spain and Portugal.
