Juan regularly represents domestic and international clients in discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, ERISA litigation and enforcement of non-competition agreements, and counsels domestic and international clients on employment, labor and commercial issues. Juan has conducted internal investigations related to allegations filed against company executives. He performs confidential investigations for clients across numerous national and multi-national industries including banking and finance and media and entertainment. Juan has led cutting edge representation in high-profile litigation involving DACA litigation and issues of first impression. He has extensive experience in international litigation and defense of class actions, especially in employment cases. Juan is a thought leader locally in Southern Florida and nationwide, presenting, speaking and writing on current labor and employment legal topics and class action litigation.
