Joshua Rabon represents a wide range of clients on international tax matters arising in cross-border transactions, both in planning and resolving controversies related to international tax issues at the audit level and IRS Appeals. He also regularly advises clients regarding legislative and regulatory proposals related to international tax provisions.

Career

Before joining Skadden, Mr. Rabon was an attorney in the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International), serving as the principal drafter of several regulations, including one for which he received the IRS Chief Counsel Award for research and writing. He also currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University, where he teaches advanced international taxation.
