Joseph Jarjour

Joseph is a partner whose practice focuses on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing and construction. He advises leading owners, investors and developers on complex and multi-layered real estate transactions and development projects. He also regularly acts for lenders or borrowers in connection with secured (mortgage) lending matters, as well as in respect of construction and project financings. Clients can count on Joseph as a key team member who thoroughly understands their business model and transactional concerns and who, over the past two decades, has been involved in many of Montréal’s most high-profile real estate transactions and development projects. Joseph is a member of Davies’ Management Committee and was, for a number of years, a member of the Montréal office Recruitment, Evaluation, Talent Management and Workplace Harassment Prevention committees. He is also a member of the board of directors and the corporate secretary of the Festival du Nouveau Cinema de Montréal, one of Québec’s most prestigious film festivals.
