Of Counsel in the Firm's Capital Markets Practice, Joe advises clients on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate governance, business combinations and general corporate and securities law matters. Represented each of Academy Sports, Aramark, Avantor, Dollar General, First Data, HCA, KKR, Masonite, National Vision and Nielsen in connection with their respective U.S. IPOs and numerous debt financings.

Joined the Firm in 1994; became Partner in 2002.
