José Luís Arnaut is the Managing Partner and the head of the Intellectual Property practice at CMS Portugal. He has extensive experience providing advice to a roster of national and international clients in the field of intelectual property law, in which José Luís reached high level of recognition, with a special focus on patents, trademarks, domain names, new technologies and competition law.

José Luís Arnaut is also a member of the board of directors of several national and international entities.
