Managing partner of the Málaga office. Mr. Robles specializes in public law. He has ample experience in advising private and state-owned companies; in pre-litigation and litigation, challenging actions and administrative decisions before administrative tribunals, economic and administrative tribunals, and judicial review courts; and in handling proceedings with the Constitutional Court. He is an expert in public procurement; managing public services, and infrastructure and transport projects; regulated sectors; and town planning law and the environment, having collaborated in the drawing up of draft legal provisions and regulations.
Particularly worth mentioning is his expertise in pharmaceutical law, biotechnology and health products (life sciences sector), advising employers' associations and the main companies in this sector.
