During the last decade, I have focused on securities litigation, being responsible of some of the most successful judgments against banks in the Spanish Supreme Court and High Courts. In this area, I have specialized in representing institutional investors, large companies and SMEs against financial institutions due to bad practices in the commercialization of all types of products, especially derivatives, stocks (Banco Popular) and structured bonds and deposits.I started my practice in the area of franchising, distribution, unfair competition and antitrust enforcement, fields where I am still very active, advising some of the main international fast-food and casual food franchise networks in Spain.
