Talmac is an employment lawyer with extensive experience advising companies and professionals across a wide range of sectors. He has participated in numerous restructuring and collective bargaining processes and regularly defends his clients’ interests in legal proceedings before the Social Jurisdiction and the Labour Inspectorate. His high level of expertise has also enabled him to provide legal support to companies in the hiring of senior executives and in commercial transactions both nationally and internationally.
Thanks to his linguistic skills and his ability to work in English, French and German, he has been able to handle many international and cross-border matters. His advanced studies at the University of Essex (LLB) and Paris Ouest (Maîtrise en Droit) have also given him a solid foundation for advising foreign companies operating in Spain with the highest level of precision.
His passion for law has also led him to pursue an academic career, teaching at La Salle University and delivering seminars and training sessions on various employment-law matters both in Spain and abroad.
Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked in the employment law departments of Garrigues and Roca Junyent.
