Partner. He is specialist in labor matters, court proceedings, collective bargaining, redundancy plans, and the management of changes and flexibilization of company working conditions. He has participated in some of the most significant and complex restructuring and negotiation processes in recent years. He has also advised on matters relating to senior management, compensation and benefits, and has handled complex and important labor disputes.
He was a Senior Judge in industrial affairs for ten years and is currently on leave of absence from the judiciary. He has lectured at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Universidad Internacional de Cataluña.
Member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Mr. Puigbó has published several articles on labour and social security law.
