Career

Oporto based, partner Vasco Moura Ramos joined Cuatrecasas in 2014.

He focuses in public procurement litigation and advises public entities on executing public contracts for the construction of public buildings, particularly hospitals and public service concessions.

Responsible for the Cuatrecasas office in Porto.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was adviser to the Ministry of Economy between August 2013 and October 2014.

Professional Memberships

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association. Member of the Scientific Board of Revista de Contratos Públicos.

Publications

He lectures on public law (public procurement and tax administrative law) in several postgraduate programs, and is the author of several articles on public law. He speaks at seminars and training sessions regularly.
