He also has significant experience in arbitration proceedings, in which he has participated both as an arbitrator and as a representative of one of the parties to the dispute.
He is the author of several publications and scientific articles in the field of public law and administrative law, as well as a speaker at numerous congresses and conferences.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association and of the Scientific Board of Revista de Contratos Públicos.
He lectures on public law (public procurement and tax administrative law) in several postgraduate programs, and is the author of several articles on public law. He speaks at seminars and training sessions regularly.
