Partner and responsible for the Cuatrecasas office in Porto, Vasco Moura Ramos advises on administrative law, with a focus on administrative litigation and public procurement.
He focuses in public procurement litigation and advises public entities on executing public contracts for the construction of public buildings, particularly hospitals and public service concessions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was adviser to the Ministry of Economy between August 2013 and October 2014.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association and of the Scientific Board of Revista de Contratos Públicos.
He lectures on public law (public procurement and tax administrative law) in several postgraduate programs, and is the author of several articles on public law. He speaks at seminars and training sessions regularly.
Assistant Professor at the School of Law of the University of Coimbra since 1999.
