John Holahan is a partner in Dentons’ Capital Markets practice and co-leads the Firm's Capital Markets regulatory team. John has vast experience in the application of the US financial services regulatory regime to fintech companies, including the use of blockchain-driven technology and digital currency. He has counseled numerous online lending platforms and other clients that are delivering new offerings to consumers outside the traditional financial services industry. He has experience in various litigation and transactional matters across the financial services industry.
