John McGranahan’s practice focuses on every facet of land use. He has extensive experience with planning and zoning approvals; due diligence and development issues in real estate transactions; infrastructure and utilities; land use litigation; eminent domain; and environmental regulations. Projects include mixed-use communities and transit-oriented development containing more than 12 million square feet of office, hotel, retail and residential uses; a minor league baseball stadium; a hospital and medical campus; planned residential communities; public schools; various utility and industrial uses; and a tax district to fund extending Metrorail to Dulles Airport.
