John C Ericson

John Ericson is a Corporate Partner with wide-ranging expertise across debt and equity capital markets offerings, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Advises underwriters and issuers on a variety of high yield and investment grade debt offerings, IPOs, secondary offerings, acquisition finance transactions and restructurings. His transactional work spans several industries, including the healthcare, tech, consumer/retail, travel/hospitality, automotive, industrial and mortgage sectors. Offers deep experience from over 25 years of guiding complex domestic and cross-border transactions through economic and industry cycles.

Joined the Firm in 1997; Partner in 2007.
