Jody Aldcorn

Partner in the Business Law Group in the firm's Vancouver office. Practises infrastructure, projects and general corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on airport and transportation infrastructure development and operations. Significant experience in infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. Advises throughout the full life cycle of a project, including procurement, structuring, bidding, regulatory and transactional matters, risk allocation and ongoing governance, management and operational issues. Trusted advisor to not-for-profit authorities, private investors and operators on long-term leases, concessions and public-private partnership structures. Draws on prior in-house experience as senior legal counsel and corporate secretary to major infrastructure owners and operators, bringing a governance and operational perspective to complex commercial mandates.
