Jo is a Partner in our Construction and Engineering team and is highly qualified in the preparation and negotiation of international and UK construction contracts in the Chemicals, Process, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Jo advises on EPC, EPCM, O&M, Bespoke and Framework Agreements and all forms of standard form construction and engineering documentation (such as FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC and IChemE contracts). She specializes in the application of risk assessment to the procurement process - ensuring the contracts have the correct risk profile and identifying risks that need to be managed outside of the contractual documentation.

Jo is a member of the IChemE Contracts committee, drafting its domestic and international forms of contract.

Jo has particular experience in mega-projects, working with Clients that are looking to understand the risks of working in a new jurisdiction and projects involving "new to market" technologies.
