Jess Pinkerton

Jess Pinkerton focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing developers, owners, institutional lenders, private equity funds and servicers in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, disposition and leasing of a broad range of commercial real estate projects, including apartment complexes, student housing, mixed-use, office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums, hotels/resorts, churches and banks.

Mr. Pinkerton's experience includes structuring, drafting, negotiation and closing various types of secured and unsecured financing with respect to such projects, including construction financing, REIT financing, mezzanine financing, conduit lending and conduit loan assumptions and modifications. His practice also includes substantial experience in connection with commercial real estate workouts and loan restructurings.
