Jennifer's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. She represents both lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured financings, bilateral and syndicated financings, asset-based financings, acquisition financings, hotel financings, project financings, subordinated and convertible debt arrangements, margin loans, letter of credit facilities, and subscription facilities. She also acts as local counsel on multi-jurisdictional financings, providing advice to lenders and borrowers on the Canadian aspects of the transaction. Jennifer has advised clients across a wide range of industries and sectors including financial services and insurance, mining, retail, manufacturing, technology, and hospitality.
