Jason Elder has extensive corporate finance experience, advising leading financial institutions and issuers globally for over 20 years on their most complex and innovative transactions. He manages global offerings of investment grade, high-yield, and structured debt products, while his experience also includes offerings of equity securities, cross-border restructurings, and distressed liability management.

He is an assistant adjunct professor at the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where his teaching activities complement the business law curriculum with a specific focus on current issues and challenges for securities regulation.
