He has extensive experience in high-yield bonds, MTN program establishment and maintenance, sovereign and quasi-sovereign debt offerings, complex liability management and debt restructuring exercises, regulatory capital, hybrid securities, IPOs, SPACs, block trades, equity placements, PIPES, rights issues, and US SEC-registered and exempt offerings. Tom has advised on transactions in every active market in Asia and has substantial experience in emerging and frontier markets.
