His experience covers all stages of the proceedings, from preparing complaints and questionnaire responses to challenging measures before the courts. Nikolay has been involved in several high-profile WTO disputes, providing assistance to governments as well as private sector.

In his sanctions and export controls practice, Nikolay helps clients develop and implement internal policies as well as comply with sanction regulations on a day-to-day basis. He assists with applications before the national competent authorities and also acts in sanctions-related internal investigations and disputes brought before the national courts and international tribunals.
