Jared D. Grodin

Jared is co-chair of Hunton’s Financial Services Industry Team and represents financial institutions, lenders, and borrowers in complex financing transactions. His practice includes a wide range of secured and unsecured credit matters, with particular experience in syndicated lending, asset-based finance, acquisition financings, multi-currency facilities, restructurings, and energy-related financings. He regularly advises major commercial banks, private credit lenders and other market participants on syndicated credit facilities for public and private borrowers, bringing a measured, commercially informed approach to the structuring, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated transactions.
