Practice Areas

Represents clients in the energy sector, including independent transmission companies, renewable power developers, private equity infrastructure investors, local distribution gas and electric companies, investor-owned utilities, municipal electric utilities, independent power producers, renewable developers, oil and gas producers, and other energy-related organizations and associations. Representations include proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, various state public utility commissions, federal, appellate, and district courts in a broad range of matters including rate, certificate, enforcement, markets, and import/export issues.

Career

Numerous leadership positions in the Energy Bar Association, including past chair of the Young Lawyers Council, and is currently the chair of the Professional Education Council.
