Jake Harris

Jake's practice covers all areas of restructuring and insolvency law, including CCAA, receivership and proposal proceedings, as well as out-of-court restructurings. Jake regularly represents debtors, court officers, DIP Lenders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors, with a focus on restructuring litigation. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.

Jake maintains a significant pro bono practice, assisting low-income Ontarians with bankruptcy matters and through the Pro Bono Ontario Hotline.
