Career
Jacob has provided legal advice in virtually all disciplines for over 25 years. This includes both private law and public law personnel matters, including civil servant law. Jacob has litigated a large number of cases in the courts, including before the EU Court of Justice, arbitrations, committees, etc., and has served as a legal sparring partner in collective and individual negotiations at all levels. Jacob has been involved in several large civil lawsuits in recent years and has led complex cases involving numerous stakeholders.
Beyond this, Jacob is experienced in representing public employees and frequently serves as special counsel for individuals facing investigations in commissions of inquiry. Additionally, Jacob is a preferred member of public commissions tasked with examining various legal branches.
