Ivan Gazdić is Partner in Petrikić & Partners AOD in cooperation with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rohrwig Hainz with 12 years of experience in assisting clients with the development of commercial real estate and energy projects in Serbia and in Montenegro. Ivan is also President of the Foreign Investors Council’s Infrastructure & Real Estate Committee in Serbia.
He has notable experience in advising on various real estate transactions in both development projects and acquisitions. Ivan heads the Real Estate & Construction team, as well as the Infrastructure & Projects practice at CMS Belgrade and assists clients with regard to project finance, construction matters, PPP and other aspects of projects. In the energy sector, he is particularly experienced with renewable energy projects, mining and geological explorations, and energy efficiency projects.
He is a member of the Serbian Bar Association and the International Bar Association, and an active member in IBA’s Real Estate Section and Power Law Committee.
