Isabella Gandini is an expert in labor law, advising national and international companies on different matters, including hiring processes and contract termination, voluntary resignation plans, due diligence processes, workplace diagnostics, and corporate transformation processes. She also handles issues involving expatriates, conciliation agreements before labor authorities, social security issues, migration issues, and litigation.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for other leading law firms in Colombia and at a Big Four audit firm.

She has recently advised clients on an ongoing basis and on specific matters in many different industries, such as the following:

• Gaming: Advised Kaizen Gaming International, a leading gametech company, on its successful entry into the Colombian market.

• Aeronautics: Advised JetSmart Airlines, a South American ultra-low-cost carrier, on its successful entry into the Colombian market.

• Telemedicine: Advised Amwell Colombia SAS, a telemedicine company specializing in digital healthcare services, on labor compliance and the development of sound workforce policies.

• Healthcare: Advised Litomedica S.A., specialized in diagnostic imaging and kidney stone treatment, on day-to-day labor compliance and workforce management.

• Sports Management: Advised Azul y Blanco Millonarios Fútbol Club, the administrator of Millonarios F.C., on routine labor matters, labor compliance, and disciplinary processes.
