Practice Areas
Isaac concentrates his practice on public and infrastructure finance transactions. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel in connection with a broad range of publicly offered and privately placed tax-exempt and taxable financings across many states. These financings have been for local governments, airports, toll roads and surface transportation, water and sewer systems, tax increment/special assessment districts, sports facilities (including a new NFL stadium), colleges and universities, and multifamily housing facilities.
Isaac also counsels local governments and private companies regarding economic development incentives packages for new business investments and expansion projects.
