Hui Lin is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Hui focuses her practice on corporate finance, particularly in capital markets and securities law matters. She has experience in a broad range of transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, acquisition financings, private capital transactions, registered and 144A high yield and investment grade debt offerings, preferred equity instruments and liability management transactions. Her clients include private equity sponsors, such as Silver Lake Partners, EQT, DigitalBridge, The Invus Group and Sixth Street. Her corporate issuer clients have included Dell Technologies, Paramount Global, CAVA, First Advantage, Waystar and Zayo Group, as well as financial institution clients such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. She also represents major investment banks in connection with various capital markets transactions. Hui is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
