Holly litigates claims under FLSA, ADEA, Title VII, state human rights acts, employment torts, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, privacy laws, and of unfair competition, non-compete, trade secret thefts, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. She has extensive trial and appellate experience including wage/hour class/collective actions, contracts, all areas of employment law, SOX, and unfair competition. Her appellate practice includes preparing briefs presented to the US, Texas, and Louisiana Supreme Courts, several of which have been argued before these Courts. Holly’s practice includes training, coaching, assistance with RIFs, contracts, WARN Act, contingent workforces, investigations. She regularly counsels and guides client in numerous fields within the oil and gas industry, along with restaurant, retail, financial, chemical, health care, drug testing and administration, transportation, and telecommunications industries.
