Career
Helene Andersson, Partner, LL.D. and Associate Professor in European law, specialises in EU and competition law. With more than 25 years’ experience, she handles the full spectrum of matters, including compliance programmes, dawn raids, cartel investigations, merger filings, court proceedings, and state aid cases before both Swedish and EU authorities.
Helene also coordinates the firm’s ESG offering and advises on regulatory issues across sectors from energy to defence. With a strong academic background, she lectures at leading universities, has published books on competition law, and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
