Henrik Bengtsson specialises in intellectual property and trade secrets law, advertising law, IT law, privacy and litigation within these areas. Henrik Bengtsson has a non-contentious focus on Internet issues, data protection and licensing. He has successfully represented clients in some hundred IP, trade secrets and advertising cases in litigation and arbitration. Henrik Bengtsson has published the leading Swedish book on IP enforcement and has published and lectured extensively on Internet subjects such as email advertising, digital evidence, liability for web service providers and unauthorised computer access.
