Peter Nordbeck’s expertise includes advising on data protection, outsourcing, e-commerce and IT contracts. Peter regularly advises Swedish and international banks and corporations on outsourcing transactions, license agreements and other complex deals within the IT sector, as well as all aspects of e-commerce and data protection, including cross-border transfer of data and compliance programmes. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to data privacy, outsourcing, IT contracts and e-commerce. Peter has a particular focus on projects for implementation of GDPR in Swedish organisations.
