Elisabeth Eklund specializes in competition law and EU law (including public procurement, free movement and state aid), regulatory issues as well as anti-corruption. She has experience of handling all kinds of competition law issues including cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of a dominant position, dawn-raids, compliance isssue and concentrations. She also acts as counsel in competition law litigations in court and arbitration proceedings and in regulatory proceedings. Elisabeth holds trainings in competition law as well as anti-corruption and has set up a number of compliance programs for competition law as well as anti-corruption.
