A positive, solution‐oriented lawyer, she is recognized as a leading expert in EU Competition, Life Sciences, and public procurement by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, and Who’s Who Legal, and she has earned the Clients’ Choice award in Sweden for Competition.
Elisabeth handles all aspects of competition law—from cartels and competitor cooperation to vertical restraints and abuse of dominance. She advises on strategic issues, manages merger filings for the Swedish Competition Authority and the European Commission, coordinates multi-jurisdictional filings, supports dawn raids and leniency applications, sets up compliance programs, and represents clients in litigation and arbitration. Her expertise extends to state aid, free movement, regulatory matters (especially in life sciences, telecom, food, FMCG, transport, waste, and energy), anti-corruption, and public procurement. Within life sciences, she also advises on pricing, reimbursement, advertising, healthcare compliance, clinical trials, and CE-marking.
A prolific author and sought-after speaker, Elisabeth is a guest lecturer at Stockholm University, represents Sweden as a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network, and serves as vice president of the ICC Competition reference group.
