Since joining Delphi’s public procurement team, Martin Bogg has been advising clients with all matters concerning government contracts and public procurement law. The work regularly includes contract interpretation and negotiation, assistance with participating in, or executing, public procurements as well as litigation.
Martin Bogg has acted as counsel in a great number of public procurement cases, including proceedings before the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court and the European Court of Justice. Martin Bogg also regularly represent clients in damage cases in connection with government contracts.
By advising and understanding both the public sector and private companies, Martin Bogg is able to give Delphi’s clients the best possible legal advice.
