Martin Bogg has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution in general courts and litigation in administrative courts. He has particular experience in disputes concerning public contracts, review proceedings of public procurements and proceedings against supervisory authorities. Martin has been counsel in high-profile cases in both the European Court of Justice and the Supreme Administrative Court.

Martin regularly assists the public sector and suppliers with strategic and legal advice on public procurement, public contracts (drafting, reviewing, negotiating) and public law, including municipal law, public access and confidentiality and administrative law. In addition to advising, he assists politically controlled organisations in need of external audits in conducting independent audits and investigations.
