Helen Miller

Helen Miller is a Managing Partner, specialising in financial divorce settlements and disputes between parents or family members over child arrangements.

She also has experience in complex financial settlements that involve businesses in the UK and overseas, understanding family trusts, and locating off-shore assets. Often collaborating with forensic accountants, property valuers, and pension actuaries, Helen is known for her incredible working relationships within the sector.

On top of this, Helen has knowledge of cohabitation, nuptial, and separation agreements – especially in relation to finances and property.

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has exclusively practised in family law. She joined the Stowe Family Law team in 2015 and has always been based in the North West. In 2023, she was promoted to the Managing Partner of the North West.

Helen is a member of Resolution and also a Resolution Accredited Specialist.

When she’s not working, Helen enjoys sketching, painting, and doing needlework. An avid reader, she’s also always working on her first novel (at least in her head).

She’s also a mum to two young girls.
