Beth Sheridan

Beth Sheridan is a Managing Partner and has 25 years of legal experience.

One of our most trusted MPs, she works on straightforward cases as well as complex disputes - specialising in child law and divorce financial settlements. A Legal 500 recommended lawyer, Beth has acted for parents, rights for grandparents, and other family members in child law cases. In particular, Beth represented the non-biological parent in a same-sex child dispute that ended in the High Court. Her client was awarded Parental Responsibility and significant contact.

Alongside child arrangement orders, Beth has experience in financial and property disputes amid divorce, cohabitation matters, and domestic abuse support.

Beth originally joined a local law firm as an office junior. She worked full-time whilst studying at night school to gain her qualifications. In 2000, she became a Chartered Legal Executive.

She has worked in family law since 1995, working at a Nottinghamshire law firm before joining Stowe Family Law in 2020.

Beth is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

Beth is a swimming coach and assists at her daughter’s club. She also enjoys music, comedy shows, and spending time with her loved ones.
