Angela Sussens is a Partner at our Leeds law office. She often works with high-net-worth individuals in complex cases that include foreign jurisdictions, trust structures, plus companies and offshore assets.
Angela drafts prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. She also represents unmarried parents in relation to financial claims brought on behalf of children, especially under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.
Once Angela completed her LPC at Chester’s College of Law, she undertook her training contract at Stowe Family Law. Since joining the firm, she has been an invaluable member of the team.
