Heiner Braun is a partner in our Frankfurt office focusing on corporate law with emphasis on private equity, M&A, public takeovers, securities and general corporate law. He has a strong track record of advising strategic investors and financial sponsors on investments in Europe and Asia.

Heiner has been a lecturer at the University of Münster’s masters programme on Mergers & Acquisitions since 2013.

Member of the Frankfurt Bar Association and the Bars in New York and Hong Kong.

Personal

Heiner completed his legal education at the universities of Hamburg, Lausanne, Bonn and Dresden, from which he holds a Doctor of Law degree. He also holds an MCJ degree from NYU School of Law.
