Heiner Braun

Heiner Braun is a partner in our Frankfurt office focusing on corporate law with emphasis on private equity, M&A, public takeovers, securities and general corporate law. He has a strong track record of advising strategic investors and financial sponsors on investments in Europe and Asia, including in the sports sector.

Heiner has been a lecturer at the University of Münster’s masters programme on Mergers & Acquisitions since 2013.

Personal

Heiner completed his legal education at the universities of Hamburg, Lausanne, Bonn and Dresden, from which he holds a Doctor of Law degree. He also holds an MCJ degree from NYU School of Law.
