Giuseppe Salsarulo

Giuseppe is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Giuseppe has extensive experience in providing legal assistance in commercial, corporate and insolvency litigation. He assists companies, shareholders and directors in managing negotiations, corporate and insolvency issues both during the normal course of business and in case of pathological events.

Giuseppe regularly represents clients before the specialised sections of Italian tribunals, Authorities, national and international arbitration chambers. He is also qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and high courts.

He has gained significant expertise in corporate law and insolvency law, providing assistance both to debtors in accessing restructuring procedures and to creditors towards companies in crisis or insolvent.

Giuseppe is the author of works on corporate and insolvency law.

He is admitted to the Italian Bar and to the Special Register of the Lawyers representing Clients before the Italian Supreme Court of the State - “Albo Speciale degli Avvocati Cassazionisti”.
