Giuseppe Salsarulo

Giuseppe is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Giuseppe has extensive experience providing legal assistance in commercial, corporate and insolvency litigation across all levels of jurisdiction, including before the high courts (Court of Cassation and Council of State). He assists companies, shareholders and directors in managing negotiations and dispute resolution dynamics, both in pre-litigation and litigation phases, including mediation, arbitration and judicial proceedings.

Giuseppe regularly represents clients before the specialised business sections of Italian tribunals, independent authorities, national and international arbitration chambers.

He has gained significant expertise in corporate and commercial litigation, antitrust private enforcement litigation and collective claims. He also handles insolvency law matters, providing assistance both to debtor companies seeking access to restructuring procedures and to creditors of distressed or insolvent companies.

In relation to employment law, he often assists clients in labour disputes and employment issues arising during the restructuring or acquisition of distressed companies.

Giuseppe is the author of works on corporate and insolvency law.

He is admitted to the Italian Bar and to the Special Register of the Lawyers representing clients before the Italian Supreme Court of the State - “Albo Speciale degli Avvocati Cassazionisti
