Juan Vicente is regularly involved in greenfield renewable energy projects (such as photovoltaic, wind, biomass, etc.) in drafting turnkey contracts (including TSAs, BoPs and BOS) and operation and maintenance agreements, which provides him with a deeper knowledge of the underlying technology in the framework of a financing.
International legal directories, such as Chambers & Partners and Legal500, recognise him as an expert in project finance for his deep knowledge of the energy sector, highlighting “his remarkable commercial understanding and ability to build bridges between counterparties, even on sensitive matters, in the interests of the deal”.
