Alfredo is regarded by his peers as a leading practitioner in the transport sector, particularly for maritime and aviation finance. He advises shipowners and their financiers, representing them on shipbuilding contracts and Spanish tax leases organised by the Spanish arranging banks.

He also advises several aircraft and helicopter lessors in a variety of structures involving Spanish lessees. He has a renowned expertise in the finance transport sector but has also been deeply involved in financing of port terminals, ship arrest, regulatory, aircraft repossession and arbitration related to disputes under shipbuilding contracts to name a few.
