Alexia Hatzimichalis

Alexia is a Partner in the Asset Finance Group.

Alexia advises on a wide range of ship finance matters, including the drafting and negotiation of revolving and term loan facilities, shareholders’ agreements, shipbuilding contracts and refund guarantees. She has been involved in the renegotiation of shipbuilding contracts and in a multiple order of new buildings by one of the largest Greek ship-owning groups.

Alexia also regularly acts for buyers and sellers on sale and purchase transactions.

Her clients include Greek and international banks, other financial institutions, Greek ship-owning groups and US-listed companies.
